Boasting over 4200 square feet, this large villa is meticulously crafted to cater to your every need. On the first floor, discover a smaller master bedroom, followed by a larger master bedroom on the second floor, along with two additional bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a full-sized bathroom, and both master bedrooms feature freestanding European baths for a touch of indulgence.
The first floor is a haven of functionality, including an office, a laundry room, a family room, a formal dining room, and a kitchen with a walk-in pantry. The enclosed 2-car garage provides secure parking, ensuring convenience during your stay.
Embrace the Caribbean breeze on the walkout balconies of the upstairs bedrooms or the rear patio of the mini master bedroom, leading to the 16′ x 32′ saltwater swimming pool with a cascading waterfall. The spacious rear patio offers ample outdoor seating and ceiling fans, complemented by a large outdoor television for your entertainment.

The Private Estate — Both Villas, Exclusively Yours
Stay close while enjoying room to yourselves. Reserve both villas as the Private Estate for six bedrooms across two residences and exclusive use of the estate’s pool and outdoor areas. An inviting setting for extended families, wedding groups, reunions, and private celebrations for up to 40 guests for entertainment purposes.

Take a break without leaving the island. Our resident staycation offers make space for a relaxed weekend, a family catch-up, or a short escape close to home.
Selected low-season stays from US$225 per night for Villa Valentina and US$550 per night for Villa Coralita. Two-night minimum; departure cleaning and applicable taxes are additional. Resident identification and availability restrictions apply.

The 15-person limit applies only to living accommodation when both villas are occupied. Events require advance approval, and overnight accommodation limits are confirmed separately.

The villas are in residential Fitches Creek. Beaches and island attractions can be explored by car or arranged transport; the property is not beachfront.
