The Private Estate. Two Villas. One Stay Together

Bring your favourite people to Antigua and make the Private Estate your own. Reserve Villa Coralita and Villa Valentina together for six bedrooms across two residences, with exclusive use of the estate’s pool and outdoor areas.

Share meals and holiday plans, then retreat to your own space. The arrangement suits extended families, groups of friends, wedding parties, reunions, and celebrations of up to 40 guests for entertainment purposes.

Staying for a Celebration?

Ask about a separately approved wedding, birthday, anniversary, or private dinner for up to 40 event guests for entertainment purposes. The 15-person limit applies only to living accommodation when both villas are occupied. We will confirm overnight accommodation capacity separately from the event guest count. Food, drinks, entertainment, and event services are additional.
