The 15-person limit applies only to living accommodation when both villas are occupied. Event attendance and overnight accommodation are confirmed separately.

Local Celebrations

A special occasion does not need a flight. Ask about exclusive day-event use for birthdays, anniversaries, family meals, and other gatherings of up to 40 guests for entertainment purposes, or combine an approved celebration with a resident Private Estate stay.

What the Venue Fee Includes

Up to six hours of guest use in agreed event areas, designated guest bathrooms, agreed supplier setup and removal windows, a property representative, routine event cleanup, and rubbish removal. Wedding event fees also include a ceremony/reception layout review and additional vendor coordination for property access.

Day-only bookings do not include bedrooms or overnight accommodation. Furniture and tableware rentals, décor, food, beverages, entertainment, wedding planning, photography, cake, officiant, and marriage-related charges are additional. Overnight stays carry the normal departure-cleaning charge.

A layout review is not full wedding planning. Any extra setup or removal time that blocks an additional accommodation night will be quoted before confirmation.

Example: Local Birthday for 15

A low-season day-only party venue ($1,250), Caribbean BBQ for 15 ($975), beer, wine and rum punch for 15 adults ($600), and a four-hour DJ ($450): US$3,275 before applicable taxes, subject to supplier confirmation. No accommodation, décor, or furniture/tableware rentals included.

Example: A February Wedding Stay

Four nights in the Private Estate at $1,500 per night ($6,000), wedding event fee ($1,350), wedding dinner for 15 ($2,325), beer, wine and rum punch for 15 adults ($750), solo musician ($500), and departure cleaning ($350): US$11,275 before applicable taxes, subject to availability and supplier confirmation. Décor, furniture/tableware rentals, cake, photographer, officiant, and full wedding planning are additional.
